A part of the Saifi Con-Fab System Pvt. Ltd. which was founded in 1987 and is known in the industry for its Quality and Commitment in the precision machining , sheet metal & fabrication products for domestic and overseas OEMs.
Saifi Con-Fab System’s manufacturing division has a state of the art infrastructure couple with the proficient team of professionals and have the bulk manufacturing capability.
We have developed more then 1500 components in our core sectors. We have developed many projects like Air brakes, BMBS, Disc brakes, FIBA brakes, EP brakes, EMCBS, Dampers, Air spring, Semi-Automatic Coupler’s, AARH couplers in railways sector for Escorts Kubota Ltd. We have developed 200 cross passengers vehicles components for JBM and we have developed more then 100 in earth movers components for our clients Escorts kubota ltd. Construction equipment div., Tubex India Ltd. and Keestrack. We have developed Agricultural implements and Exports through OEM Groz tools, we have developed some heavy fabrication for heavy industries like L&T,we are manufacturing highly precision machining components through by steel bars forging route, casting routes, sheet metal and fabrication route, We are using high Strength materials like H11, En19, En31, AL6061T6, AL6082T6, E350, SS304, SS316, We have many facilities like Fiber Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting, CNC, VMC, HMC, grinding, plate rolling, CNC Bending, Welding, Shot Blasting, Honning Machine, Painting and Powder Coating and many more in relation with component design.
